Shipping Information

Upon confirmation of payment our support team will email your fully prepared British Columbia divorce forms in portable document format within 2 business days. Simply print your papers and follow our step-by-step instructions to finalize your divorce.

Here's how it works:

1. Order Confirmation

You will immediately receive an email of the receipt after your order has been placed. This email is automatically sent within 5 minutes of your purchase.

  • If you do not receive the email within a short period of time, please check your spam mail.
  • Please also ensure that you have used a valid email address during registration. You can verify the email address here: Your Account.
  • The email will come from orders@divorceoptions.ca. Please note that this is a no reply email address used for delivering your receipt only.

2. Order Tracking Number

Our support team will send you an email within one (1) business day confirming your order and assigning you an order tracking number. The tracking number is used to track all communication and information regarding your order.

  • Please reply to your order tracking email regarding any matter related to your order.
  • After receiving your order tracking number you can also track your order online from our Customer Support Portal.
  • If you do not receive this email within one (1) business day, please check your spam mail.
  • The email will come from ordertracking@divorceoptions.ca.

3. Order Sent by Email

Your order will be sent as an attachment to your order tracking email within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Your forms will be sent in portable document format contained within a compressed zip file.

  • You will need Adobe Reader to view and print the files, which you can get for free here (if you do not already have it): Get Adobe Reader.
  • If you do not have access to your email account you can also download your order online from our Customer Support Portal.
  • If at any time you would like to contact us regarding your order, please reply to your order tracking email. Prior to receiving your order tracking email please contact us at support@divorceoptions.ca.
