Pay British Columbia Court Fees

Pay the court fees here that are charged by the court to file for divorce in British Columbia. There is a separate court fee to file each stage of your British Columbia divorce.

Stage 1 and Stage 2 court fees are mandatory. Stage 3 is optional and applies only if you require a Certificate of Divorce.

Effective July 1, 2010 the court filing fees are:

Stage 1 $210.00 to file Notice of Family Claim.
Stage 2 $80.00 to file Requisition for Divorce.
Stage 3 $40.00 per Certificate of Divorce.

Please note that when paying court fees by credit card a 3% convenience fee has been added.
