With our secure online questionnaires updates are easy. If at any time during the free 60 day update period you require any changes to your papers for any reason, simply login to your questionnaire and make the change(s) that you require. When you are done submit the questionnaire and reply to your order tracking email. We will process your update request within 2 business days. It’s that easy!

If you require an update beyond the 60 day free update period, you can purchase additional updates in 6 month increments. You can find your current update subscription date here: Your Account.

With a current update subscription you can:

• Change your divorce forms as many times as you require.
• Switch from a joint divorce to a sole divorce.
• Switch from a sole divorce to a joint divorce.

Please note: a current update subscription is not required in order for us to process your order or file your divorce in court.

Our Easy 3 Step Process

It's easy to obtain updates with our 3 step process:

1. update your answers. Login and make the change(s) that you require. When you are done, submit the questionnaire.

2. request an update. Reply to your order tracking email requesting an update. There is no need to notify us of the specific changes that you have made.

3. print your forms. Our support team will review your answers for accuracy and email your BC divorce papers within 2 business days. That's all there is to it!
